Waste Water
Water Works Engineers prepared a system-wide hydraulic evaluation and capacity assurance plan (SECAP) for existing and future development scenarios, including creation of a new GIS-based collection system hydraulic model.
Water Works bridged the gap that exists between planning and utility departments by translating the new City General Plan into practical sewer growth models that are grounded in constructive workshop feedback and transparent coordination between departments.
The City was able to utilize the results of this study to prioritize capital improvements and enhance proactive maintenance of the City’s wastewater collection system assets to meet regulatory-driven requirements.
