Sami Kader is a Principal and Founding Member of Water Works Engineers, specializing in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure projects.
He is a civil engineer with a BSCE from UC Davis and MSCE from the University of Washington. After college, he worked for two different engineering consulting firms before founding Water Works Engineers in 2005 with John Matta and Jim Geselbracht. The firm has since grown from the original 3 founders to over 70 engineers and technicians in 7 offices throughout the western United States. Over the 24 years span of his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams in the design of hundreds of projects and seen hundreds of millions of dollars of utility infrastructure through from conception to construction and operation. He lives in Redding, CA with his family, spending most of his free time involved in youth soccer as a coach, league administrator, and fan.
